Yes – assistance dogs are allowed in the auditorium. Alternatively, staff are happy to look after your dog. Please advise us at the point of booking if you wish to bring an assistance dog.
There is a parking space available for disabled badge holders on Frith Street.
There are also paid parking spaces in Soho Square (approx 200m) and an NCP car park at Brewer Street.
Guests using wheelchairs may use the entrance to the auditorium through a double ‘Exit’ door opening outwards on Greek Street, then up a very short ramp to Box 1 where there are two spaces for wheelchair users and two companions. Transfer seating is available to row A. The theatre is able to store a maximum of 2 wheelchairs and one scooter per performance, next to the ‘Exit’ door.
There is an adapted toilet in the foyer. Patrons requiring the adapted toilets need to go out of the exit on Greek Street and back to the foyer entrance on Old Compton Street. Staff are happy to assist if required.
