Ticket prices for Aladdin vary by seating location, performance date and time. When you book tickets through this site, you will be offered the full range of ticket prices available for your chosen performance.
We encourage guests to purchase tickets in advance to ensure the best seating locations, however seats remain on sale until performance time, based on availability.
All guests require a ticket, regardless of age. We recommend that children be at least six years old to attend a performance of Aladdin.
A limited number of tickets will be available via the online lottery.
The lottery will open at 11am on Mondays and will close at 11am on Tuesdays.
Entrants can select up to 3 performances for the next week and are eligible to win up to 2 tickets (priced at £20 each) per draw.
Entrants can choose to enter for a pair of tickets or a single seat.

A limited number of Day Seats at £20 per ticket are available to purchase each morning in person at the Prince Edward Box Office. Each person is allowed to purchase a maximum of two tickets each. Subject to availability.

Wheelchair-accessible seating is available through the theatre box office by calling 0344 482 5137. Infrared assistive listening devices are available at the kiosk in the main lobby of the theatre. Currently, there are no plans for a tour of Aladdin.
Tickets for future performances are released every few months – if you can’t see the performance you’d like to attend, please check back in the coming weeks to see if it has been added. We also announce new booking periods on our social media channels.
Enhanced security measures are in place at the Prince Edward Theatre.
Your security is of the utmost importance to us. To make sure your visit is as safe as possible, enhanced security measures are currently in place at the theatre.
As a result, it may take longer to get into the building. We therefore recommend you arrive in plenty of time to enable us to conduct bag checks.
We strongly advise that you do not bring large bags to the theatre. Cloakroom facilities are available for coats and umbrellas, but we are unable to accept large bags and luggage.

Aladdin is approximately two hours and thirty minutes, including one interval.
There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion.

For many guests, part of the fun of going to a West End show is meeting members of the cast at the Stage Door. Following the performance, some actors from Aladdin may be available to sign autographs and sometimes even pose for photos. Ask an usher for directions to the Stage Door.
Yes, Aladdin contains theatrical smoke and fog effects, pyrotechnics, strobe lighting and loud noises.
