If you’re driving into the West End to see the show, take advantage of the Q-Park Theatreland Parking Scheme saving you 50% off car parking for up to 24 hours. There is also parking available at Meters at Soho Square, Master Park at China Town and Poland Street and NCP at Brewer Street.

There is a parking space available for disabled badge holders on Frith Street.

Questions about tickets

  • How much do tickets cost? What’s the performance schedule?

    Ticket prices for ALADDIN vary by seating location, performance date and time. When you book tickets through this site, you will be offered the full range of ticket prices available for your chosen performance.

    Performances of ALADDIN usually take place at 7.30pm Monday to Saturday, with an additional 2.30pm performance on Thursday and Saturday. However, the schedule can change during some school holiday periods – click the Book Tickets button above to see the full performance schedule.

  • Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

    We encourage guests to purchase tickets in advance to ensure the best seating locations, however seats remain on sale until performance time, based on availability.

  • Does my child need a ticket? Is there a minimum age requirement to attend the show?

    All guests require a ticket, regardless of age. We recommend that children be at least six years old to attend a performance of ALADDIN.

  • Is there a ticket lottery for ALADDIN?

    Yes!

    Each week, a limited number of tickets are available in our online lottery.

    The lottery opens at 11am on Mondays and closes at 11am on Tuesdays.

    Entrants can select up to 3 choices of performance for the next week, and are eligible to win up to 2 tickets (priced at £20 each) per draw.

    Entrants can choose to enter for a pair of tickets or a single seat.

  • What is the view like from my seat?

  • What security measures are in place at the theatre?

    Enhanced security measures are in place at the Prince Edward Theatre.

    Your security is of the utmost importance to us. To make sure your visit is as safe as possible, enhanced security measures are currently in place at the theatre.

    As a result, it may take longer to get into the building. We therefore recommend you arrive in plenty of time to enable us to conduct bag checks.

    We strongly advise that you do not bring large bags to the theatre. Cloakroom facilities are available for coats and umbrellas, but we are unable to accept large bags and luggage.

  • Is there official ALADDIN merchandise available to purchase?

    Merchandise is available before and after the show, and during the interval across a number of locations inside the theatre. You can pay for merchandise with either cash or card payment – all card types are accepted. For pre-orders or for any other enquiries contact merchandise@disneytheatrical.co.uk .
